   Best jewelry does not necessarily mean expensive. For years we have been led to believe by the expensive mall and main street stores that prices need to high for quality jewelry. The biggest factor in the mall store prices is their high overheads such as expensive leases, high end furniture, lights and fixtures, staff expenses and advertising. 3. Will I Pay Sales Tax?
