Free Shipping over $200

All orders of and over $200 ship free of shipping costs within the Continental United States. We use United States Post Office as the primary method due to its affordability and reliability, however we also offer a variety of other shipping methods. Please ask for a specific shipping method of your preference if you would like to have your order shipped by other than United States Post Office (USPS).

  • We inspect your jewelry design, polish and package it carefully.

• Free Jewelry Box -

  • We offer a suitable jewelry box for each design. The type of the box depends on the type of jewelry design. A diamond ring will be packaged in a elegant wooden and golden rim box while a silver pendant will come in an attractive paper monogrammed box with an soft material insert.

• Free Velour Pouch -

  • An attractive red, green or blue color velour or velvet jewelry pouch.

• Free Authenticity Certificate -

  • We offer different kinds of authenticity card depending on the type of the jewelry design that the card will accompany. This card will state that your jewelry is authentic and is made with genuine gemstones and metal and not with fake or synthetic materials. We do not sell man-made or synthetic jewelry including Chatham gemstones or CZs.

• Free Diamond Grading Card -

  • Each diamond jewelry purchase will come with our own diamond grading card that will specify the grades of the 4 Cs of the diamonds used namely - clarity, color, cut and carat weight.

• Free GIA or AGS Diamond Certificate -

  • If your diamond ring includes a faceted diamond that is one carat or above, we offer the industry standard diamond certificate issued by the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or AGS (American Gem Society).

• Discount Card -

  • From time to time, we send special offers and discount coupons in appreciation of your purchases. The discount coupon card for your next purchase is one of them.

• Invoice or Packaging Slip -

  • Your invoice. In cases where your order is shipped from a location other than our corporate office, it will include a packaging slip. Your invoice and guarantee cards will come in a separate mail.

We Ship by USPS, FedEx and UPS

Unless specified, we ship all standard orders under $200 by USPS Priority Mail within Continental U.S. The United States Post Office is reliable and effective in processing on time deliveries and insurance claims in case of lost shipments. However, you are welcome to select any other shipping carrier during checkout. We will be happy to ship according to your choice.

Insuring Your Order

All orders are insured. We do not charge extra for handling and insurance costs. These costs are included in your shipping rate if your order is shipped free. When you use our 30 day return guarantee, please make sure, you insure your return as well.

Delivery Confirmation Receipt

We request delivery confirmation receipt for each order at no extra cost to you.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail that your order has been shipped along with the name of the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx or UPS), the shipping mode (Express Mail, Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS 2nd Day etc.) and the shipment tracking number. This will help you track your shipment easily on the shipping carriers websites (www.FedEx.com, www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com)

Signature Required Option

Unless you specify, we do not require your signature for delivery. Please provide a note that a delivery should not be made without your signature. We will make your shipment accordingly.
