Purchase Return
Requirements:
Please note that in order to maintain the quality of the jewelry and
process your return promptly, we have proposed the following
requirements:

The purchase must be
returned in the original condition in which it was bought. It will
be returned to you if it contains a damage or any variation from the
original condition.

Please be sure to
insure your parcel for a potential damage in shipping. You will be
responsible for any damage in returning the shipment.

We will issue a net
refund to your credit card on receipt of the purchase that meets all
return requirements.

The refund will
exclude the shipping, handling and insurance charges as shown on the
invoice or reasonably incurred if your order was shipped free. The
shipping, handling and insurance changes incurred to ship an order
free will not exceed the shipping charges for the next step up of
expedited shipping as shown during the check-out process. For
example, if your parcel was shipped free by USPS First Class, the
exclusion will not exceed charges for USPS Priority Mail.

A return can be made
within 30 days of purchase only. Returns made after this period will
be returned to you.

Any return not
meeting the above requirements will be returned to you.

We will accept the
return of unused or undamaged merchandise for a refund (less
shipping and handling charges as explained above). For a refund, the
merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt in original
packaging with proof of purchase. The refund will exclude shipping,
handling and insurance charges as explained above.
How I Can Return My Purchase?
We accept order returns within 30 days from the
date of purchase. We guarantee the quality of our products and your
order will come with a free authenticity card. However, if you
choose to return your purchase, simply return it for any reason for
a refund to the address given below. Please see the return
requirements.

How Can I Get a
Refund?
We process your returns promptly just as you pay
promptly. The credit card account that you have paid the
original purchase with will receive a credit (excluding
shipping, handling and insurance charges). We process
your returns immediately upon receipts (usually in a few
hours), however your credit card company may take a day
or two to display the refund in your account. In all
other cases (such as certified check), you will receive
a check from Pippin Bass. Our team works hard to process
your refund quickly.
What about State Sales Taxes? Will I Pay Sales Taxes?
You will not pay sales taxes on your purchases if you
live outside state of Texas. Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax.
International taxes such as VAT may apply depending the country of
destination. See below.
