Return Requirements:
Please note that in order
to maintain the quality
of the jewelry and process
your return promptly, we
have proposed the following
requirements:

The purchase must be
returned in the original
condition in which it
was bought. It will
be returned to you if
it contains a damage
or any variation from
the original condition.

Please be sure to insure
your parcel for a potential
damage in shipping.
You will be responsible
for any damage in returning
the shipment.

We will issue a net
refund to your credit
card on receipt of the
purchase that meets
all return requirements.

The refund will exclude
the shipping, handling
and insurance charges
as shown on the invoice
or reasonably incurred
if your order was shipped
free. The shipping,
handling and insurance
changes incurred to
ship an order free will
not exceed the shipping
charges for the next
step up of expedited
shipping as shown during
the check-out process.
For example, if your
parcel was shipped free
by USPS First Class,
the exclusion will not
exceed charges for USPS
Priority Mail.

A return can be made
within 30 days of purchase
only. Returns made after
this period will be
returned to you.

Any return not meeting
the above requirements
will be returned to
you.

We will accept the return
of unused or undamaged
merchandise for a refund
(less shipping and handling
charges as explained
above). For a refund,
the merchandise must
be returned within 30
days of receipt in original
packaging with proof
of purchase. The refund
will exclude shipping,
handling and insurance
charges as explained
above.
Shipping Charges
The refund will exclude

Custom Orders
Customs orders do not qualify
for the return guarantee.
Your invoice will state
that it is a custom order.
Once a a jewelry design
is made per your requirements,
it can not be sold as standard
design. A non-standard ring
size, a mix of precious
metals or a substitution
of a diamond or colored
gemstone of a different
cut or shape, clarity, color
or carat weight according
to your specifications.
Most of our designs are
standard although offer
a great flexibility to customize
rings and pendants according
to your choice. Jewelry
after all is a personal
and close to your heart
and our effort is always
to offer what you want.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking
fees, refund processing,
administrative fees or any
other hidden fees whatsoever.
