Find Contentment with Beauty
Sometimes we forget that men as well as women can be
extremely devout and will appreciate the gift of
religious jewelry. Religious jewelry is the perfect gift
for those whose lives are guided by their faith. Divine
aesthetics is how one might define religious jewelry, if
asked to do so. Jewelry has a symbolic significance in
many cultures around the world. It is the symbol of
faith, devotion and a love of spirituality. Nowadays,
however, religious jewelry has added many other facets
to its basic nature. Worn for fashion, aesthetics and
style, religious jewelry has its own enviable position
in the wide market of jewelry. After all, divinity
mingled with elegance and class is a tempting
combination. Fine religious jewelry crafted out of
immaculately chosen precious stones and metals is a way
of flaunting your sense of spirituality in a classy
fashion. It can be gifted to a friend as a sign that you
wish that God may always be with the person who wears
this symbol of faith. Or it may be given to someone to
whom you wish to show your unchanging faith and
devotion. It is also an ideal gift for an older relative
or a grandparent, who would value it as a symbol of
spirituality.

Religious Symbols and Jewelry
If you have a symbol in mind for the piece of religious
jewelry that you wish to buy, be sure that you will be
able to procure it. Sellers of religious jewelry have
all possible symbols of religious faith available in
pendants, rings, necklaces, brooches, earrings and
bracelets. From the most popular symbol of the Cross
(Crucifix) to the figurine of Ganesha, the very well
known Indian God of prosperity, the variety is as
baffling as that of fashion jewelry. The wearer of a
multi-faith religious jewelry shows his inclination for
religious tolerance and world peace. So, you may choose
between Christian jewelry, and multi-faith jewelry such
as religious symbols of Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism and
various other world religions. Next time you wish to add
another piece to your collection of jewelry, buy one
that may also bring you contentment, with beauty.

We offer beautiful religious jewelry or jewelry of faith in attractive
designs made in real 14K yellow or white gold, platinum and sterling
silver with fine artistry studded with genuine gemstones and diamonds
that you can hold dear and wear for your faith and cherish for many

Patron Saints of Christianity
Patron saints are chosen as special protectors or guardians over all
areas of life. Patron saints are chosen as special protectors or
guardians over areas of life. Traditionally people see them as
symbols of how to live a better life. These areas can include
occupations, illnesses, churches, countries, causes -- anything that
is important to us.

What is a Patron Saint?
A saint who is regarded as the intercessor and advocate in heaven of
a nation, place, craft, activity, class, or person. Patron saint is
considered to be a defender of some group or nation defender,
guardian, protector, shielder - a person who cares for persons or
property. Patron saint is a person who has died and has been
declared a saint by canonization. Mankind has always wanted
something nearer to his heart. Something or someone he can identify
with and approach.

The earliest records show that people and churches were named after
apostles and martyrs as early as the fourth century. Recently, the
popes have named patron saints but patrons can be chosen by other
individuals or groups as well. Patron saints are often chosen today
because an interest, talent, or event in their lives overlaps with
the special area. For example, Francis of Assisi loved nature and so
he is patron of ecologists. Francis de Sales was a writer and so he
is patron of journalists and writers. Clare of Assisi was named
patron of television because one Christmas when she was too ill to
leave her bed she saw and heard Christmas Mass -- even though it was
taking place miles away. Angels can also be named as patron saints.
A patron saint can help us when we follow the example of that
saint's life and when we ask for that saint's intercessory prayers
to God.

Crosses and Crucifixes
The story of Jesus Christ is very unique! Jesus Christ made a unique
claim. He declared Himself God. Not a god, not god-like, but God
incarnate - the Creator of the universe in human flesh. Christians
believe that Jesus' death made the sins of all humans go away, and
that they are all forgiven, if they forgive others (Gospel of Saint
Matthew 6:14).
Crucifix and cross are considered symbols of Hope, Forgiveness of
Sins, and Victory over Death! Prayer in front of a crucifix is often
part of devotion for Christians, especially those worshipping in a
church, and private devotion in a chapel. The person may sit, stand,
or kneel in front of the crucifix, sometimes looking at it in
contemplation, or merely in front of it with head bowed or eyes
closed. Christians believe that Jesus' death made the sins of all
humans go away, and that they are all forgiven, if they forgive
others (Gospel of Saint Matthew 6:14). They also believe that Jesus
was resurrected (came back to life) after three days. Because of
this, the cross is a symbol for Jesus' sacrifice and suffering, but
also a symbol of hope, forgiveness of sins, and victory over death.

The cross-shaped sign, represented in its
simplest form by a crossing of two lines at right angles, greatly
antedates, in both East and West, the introduction of Christianity.
It goes back to a very remote period of human civilization. It is
supposed to have been used not just for its ornamental value, but
also with religious significance. During the first two centuries of
Christianity, the cross may have been rare in Christian iconography,
as it depicts a purposely painful and gruesome method of public
execution. The Ichthys, or fish symbol, was used by early
Christians. The Chi-Rho monogram, which was adopted by Constantine I
in the fourth century as his banner (see labarum), was another Early
Christian symbol of wide use.

Genuine Gem Pendulums
Pendulum Dowsing has been used for centuries for many things
such as hypnosis, answers to questions, finding lost items and people,
pregnancy, relationships, choosing food, health and energy work. Gems
and crystals come from within Mother earth. They are alive and
intelligent, having the intelligence of nature within every cell of
their beings. They are mined either by hand, machine, but grow in the
earth and are removed from the earth to be used for many different
purposes. The jewelry you wear, the pendulum you hold in your hand,
absorbs the energies you have within you as well as the negative
energies around you. Therefore these objects need to be cleansed very
regularly....
