We ship most orders the
same day if received by
3 pm U.S. central time (CST).
We carry all jewelry designs
and accessories in stock.
Each jewelry design that
you see is available in
ready stock - is ready to
ship immediately by UPS
or FedEx ground service
or U.S. Post Office regular
service whichever can deliver
your order faster. Your
credit card will be billed
only upon shipment of your
order. We ship a few times
throughout the day.
We recognize that you have
a choice in the marketplace
and very much appreciate
that you chose us to shop
the jewelry you like. We
attempt to ship all orders
as quickly as possibly.
Exceptions
We attempt in each case
to ship your order the same
day. However, the following
situations are exceptions.

We make multiple
batches of shipments
during the day.
The 3 pm cut-off
time allows us enough
time to process
your orders correctly.
Each design is picked
from the stock room,
inspected, polished,
boxed and packaged
carefully. The 3
pm cut-off is especially
important during
the holidays due
to the volume of
shipping and long
lines at shipping
vendor offices (USPS,
FedEx and UPS) when
do special runs
to get your order
out fast.

Pending Anti-Fraud Check
on Payment Processing

An anti-fraud check
is run on all order
prior to shipping
orders. Sometimes,
your bank or credit
card company may
take longer than
usual and it can
cause a delay. This
happens more in
the case of international
orders. We ship
as soon as your
payment is validated.
The good news is
that less than 0.05%
orders were delayed
for more than 12
hours due to the
anti-fraud check
validation during
the previous year.

Custom jewelry orders
take an extra effort
and a few days more.
This includes custom
ring sizes, a change
of metal, custom
diamond or gemstone
setting, ring engraving,
laser photo engraving
on pendants etc.
Most custom orders
ship in 2 to 3 days,
however we will
notify you about
how long your custom
order will take
and when and how
it will ship. Our
goal is to get the
jewelry you want
to your door as
quickly as possible!
Rush Shipping is
Available
Most orders are shipped
by USPS Priority Mail that
delivers within 2 to 3 days
to most U.S. cities. However,
if you need your order shipped
faster, we offer expedited
shipping options at low
shipping rates during the
checkout process if you
want to rush the order.
You will be guided to the
rush shipping options during
checkout. If you have any
questions, please contact
our Customer Service.
Why P.O. Box addresses
cannot be used to Ship Jewelry?
If shipments are requested
via FedEx and UPS, we can
not ship to a P.O. Box address
since the parcels are traceable
and are insured methods
of shipment. All shipments
require a telephone number
and an address specifying
if it is a business or residential.
All deliveries must be made
to a physical address (No
P.O. Boxes except APO/FPO
addresses). All shipments
require a signature because
FedEx or UPS will not complete
the delivery without a signature.
The shipping address must
be one where someone is
available to sign for the
package.
Do you Ship International
Orders?
Yes. We ship anywhere in
the world. Depending upon
the country of shipment
destination, local tariffs
and international shipping
charges will apply. We have
very competitive shipping
cost agreements with shipping
agents due to volume shipping
and we pass on the savings
to you.
